We have recently purchased a Highlander 5 stove from yourselves and are delighted with it. I had obtained all the necessary installation fitings including 7m of 6inch flexi-flue. When we came to install the flue, our chimney had size restrictions which meant I had to source a smaller 5inch flu locally at short notice. You had no hesitation in refunding the cost of this 6inch flexi-flue and adapter. This is true customer and after-sales service.
